With the sensitive nature of our products, we understand how important discretion is to you. It is our policy to ship all products in plain packaging. This means that you can order from our store and rest assured that no one, aside from us and you, knows what's inside, who it's from, or where it's come from. 

When placing an order with multiple products, please keep in mind that some items may arrive separately.

• All Lingerie & Adult Products are shipped directly from our distributor in San Bernadino, California US.

Estimated delivery times are from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed. 

Order processing can take 1 to 3 business days before the items ship. You will be notified immediately via email when your order is on its way.

At SissyPop.com, we pride ourselves on providing unique products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, if you wish to cancel your order for a refund, you may do so before the items are shipped.

To cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, please email shop@sissypop.com with the subject title "Order Cancellation" and include the order reference number and customer name. We will process your cancellation and issue a refund accordingly.
